The Avaya MM316 Media Module adds 40 Ethernet ports (with PoE) to your Avaya G350 Media Gateway.

• Provides 40 10/100 Base-T Ethernet access ports with inline Power over Ethernet (PoE)
• One Gigabit Ethernet copper port for server connection or uplink to another switch or router
• Compatible with G350 Media Gateway

The Avaya MM340 Media Module provides a WAN access port for the connection of an E1 or T1 data WAN.

• The MM340 may be used as an interface to an IP-routed private enterprise network or as an interface to an Internet Service Provider (ISP).

The Avaya MM710 T1/E1 Media Module terminates a T1 or an E1 connection to either private enterprise network trunks or to trunks to the public network.

  • Analog tip-ring port for devices such as single-line phones with or without LED message waiting indication

The Avaya MM712 Media Module allows you to connect up to eight two-wire Digital Communications Protocol (DCP) voice terminals.

There is no functional difference between gray and white versions.

The Avaya MM314 media module provides four analog telephone ports and four analog trunk ports, plus Emergency Transfer Relay (ETR).

• Trunk ports can be configured as:
  • Loop start or ground start CO trunk

• Analog line ports can be configured as:
  • Wink start and/or immediate start analog DID trunk
  • Analog tip/ring port for devices such as single-line phones with or without LED message waiting indication
• Emergency Transfer Relay (ETR) - Provides ETR services by connecting trunk port 5 and line port 4

The Avaya MM716 provides 24 analog ports supporting telephones, modem and fax. These ports can also be configured as DID trunks with either wink-start or immediate-start.

The Avaya MM717 Media Module provides 24 Digital Communications Protocol (DCP) ports connected through an RJ21X amphenol connector.

• Supports simultaneous operation of all 24 ports
• Each port can be connected to a 2-wire DCP telephone: 2400, 6400 and 8400 series phones
• Does not support 4-wire DCP telephones
• Compatible with G350, G450 and G700 Media Gateways

The Avaya MM720 Media Module contains eight ports that can be administered either as BRI trunk connections or BRI endpoint (telephone and data module) connections.

• Supports up to 8 BRI interfaces or up to 16 trunk ports (ISDN S/T)
• Information communicated over two 64-kbps channels (B1 and B2) and over a 16-kbps channel (D-channel) for signaling
• Compatible with G350, G450 and G700 Media Gateways

The Avaya MM722 media module provides two 4-wire S/T ISDN BRI 2B+D access ports.

• Each port interfaces to the central office at the ISDN T reference point
• Compatible with G350, G450, G700 Media Gateways

The Avaya MM760 Media Module is a clone of the motherboard VoIP engine. The MM760 provides an additional 64 VoIP channels with G.711 compression.

The white and gray versions of this part are identical in function.

• Provides capacity for 64 simultaneous G.711 TDM/IP calls or 32 compression codec G.729 or G.723, TDM/IP calls
• Requires its own ethernet address and a 10/100 Base T ethernet interface to support H.323 endpoints for Definity IP trunks and stations from another G700 Media Gateway
• Compatible with G350, G450 and G700 Media Gateways
