Nortel Venture EFA
(Enhanced Feature Adaptor)
The Venture EFA lets you add the following features to your Venture system: Music on Hold, Doorphone capabilities, fax machine connection, Call Detail Recording and printing (with your printer), and loudspeaker paging. This adapter lets you add those things and doesn't include them with it (no pagers or printers).
Nortel Venture EFA Features:
- Music on Hold/Background Music - connects to your music source such as a CD player or tape player to provide music to callers on hold or background music
- Fax Connection eliminates the need for a dedicated fax line
- Call Detail Recording and Printing tracks information on all incoming and outgoing calls and allows you to print out a call detail report from your printer as the call occurs
