The Cisco IP Phone 7861 delivers simple, highly secure and highly cost-effective communications for small to large businesses. It supports 16 lines and is an excellent phone for administrative assistants and managers.
It features great sound quality with crystal clear wideband audio performance and is supported on Cisco on-premises and hosted infrastructure platforms and third party hosted call control.
The line keys on the Cisco IP Phone 7861 are fully programmable. You can set up keys to support either lines or call features. You can also increase productivity by handling multiple calls for each directory number, using the multi-call per-line appearance feature. Tri-colour LEDs on the line keys support this feature and make the phone simpler and easy to use.
