The IP500V2 VCM32 V2 Card (700504031) became a new addition with the introduction of IP Office Release 8.1.
This IP500 V2 card supplies 32 VCM channel and no end point licenses. It is supported by IP Office Release 8.1 and will support with earlier releases via a service pack update.
The Avaya IP Office VCM32 V2 (700504031) is supported by both SME and Server Editions in the IP500 V2 phone system main control cabinet (Version 2 base unit).
IP500V2 VCM64 V2 Card (700504032)
The IP500V2 VCM64 V2 Card (700504032) was also released with the introduction of IP Office Release 8.1.
This IP500 V2 card supplies 64 VCM channel and no end point licenses. It is supported by IP Office Release 8.1 and will support with earlier releases via a service pack update.
As with the VCM32 V2, the Avaya IP Office VCM64 V2 (700504032) is supported by both SME and Server Editions in the IP500 V2 phone system main control cabinet (Version 2 base unit).
IP500 VCM Licenses
The Avaya IP Office IP500 V2 supports two VCM cards; each card comes with 4 channels enabled. The VCM RFA's allow you to expand the card in increments of 4, 8, 16, 28 and 60 channels. These licenses require a VCM card (32 or 64 channel)
